摘要:鉴于学生学习“食品安全快速检测技术”课程过程中存在学习主动性欠佳、使命感不足、易忽视操作细节、难以全面融通检测原理而影响学习效果的问题,从教学模式、策略、评价等方面进行了课堂改革。构建了基于“教学做合一”思想的“三元协同、四维结合,践学践思践悟”的教学模式和基于问题导向的教学难点解决策略。教学过程有机融入思政教育赋能课堂,点燃学生的学习兴趣、开拓学生的产业格局、深化学生的使命担当。增值增效综合评价结果显示课程教学达成了做精、学深、行远的目标。

Classroom Reform of “Food Safety Fast Testing Technology” Based on the Thought of “Integration of Teaching,Learning and Doing”

Abstract: In view of the problems of students’lack of learning initiative,insufficient sense of mission,easy neglect of operational details, and difficulty in fully understanding the testing principles during the course process of learning“Food Safety Fast Testing Technology”,which affect their learning effectiveness,classroom reforms have been carried out from the aspects of teaching mode,strategy,evaluation,etc. A teaching model is constructed based on the concept of“Integration of Teaching,Learning and Doing”,which is characterized by “Three Elements Collaboration,Four Dimensions Integration,Practical Learning,Thinking,and Comprehension”, as well as a problem-based teaching difficulty solving strategies. The teaching process is organically integrated into the ideological and political education empowered classroom, igniting students’ interest in learning, expanding their industrial landscape, and deepening their mission responsibility. The comprehensive evaluation results of value- added and efficiency enhancement show that the course teaching has achieved the goals of excellence,deep learning,and distance development.
